KEIGHLEY’s charity accordion player Derek Steele has been raising money for a disabled Oakworth baby.
Sainsbury’s worker Derek, 71, raised £526 from customers by playing his accordion for two days.
The proceeds will be given to Nicole Vendettioli, who was born prematurely almost two years ago and suffered a brain haemorrhage. She has cerebral palsy.
Nicole’s parents, Candice and Tom, are trying to raise £70,000 to send her to America for surgery.
