Gifts wanted for children and OAPs
A DENHOLME garden centre is collecting gifts for children and the elderly in the run-up to Christmas.
The New Coley Nurseries will this year give donations to the Salvation Army and Low Fold Family Centre and is appealing for unwrapped new items or pre-owned goods that are in good condition.
Gifts for the elderly can include biscuits, hampers and woollens.
New Coley, which is on the A629 Halifax Road, will host a Santa’s grotto every weekend in December.
It will be open from 10am until 4pm.
