Two public meetings will outline planned layout changes within a village church.

Vicar of St Andrew’s, Kildwick, the Rev Robin Figg, will explain the proposals and people will be invited to give their views.

“The scheme is a minor re-ordering of the central part of the church,” he said.

“Our principal aim is to provide an improved, flexible central sanctuary area to give better space for worship and other events.”

The meetings will take place in the church on Sunday, April 27, at 3pm, and the following day at 7pm.
