REIGNING Yorkshire Champions, the world-famous Brighouse and Rastrick Band will be in concert at King’s Hall, Ilkley, on Sunday, December 7, starting at 3pm.
A Christmas Extravaganza will give plenty of opportunity for the audience to join in and sing along with a number of well-known carols. including – Christians Awake, Oh Come all ye Faithful, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Once in Royal David’s City, Away in a Manger and Joy to the World.
Other Christmas pieces will include - The Snowman, Enchanted Kingdom, the Spirit of Christmas, A Christmas Fantasy, the Little Drummer Boy, Midnight Sleigh ride and the ever popular White Christmas. There will also be the opportunity to hear several of the Band’s world-class soloists including Stuart Lingard on cornet, Lucy Cutt on Flugel and David Thornton on Euphonium.
