A property firm is sponsoring a successful junior hockey team.
Dacres Commercial, based in Ilkley, is sponsoring the Ben Rhydding Girls Under 12s, who recently became the National Club Championships Northern Champions.
Earlier this month the squad travelled to Cannock in Staffordshire to compete in the National Finals of the Championship.
They were one of just ten teams to make the finals from more than 600 hockey clubs in the UK.
Team coach Melanie Scott said “It’s a fantastic achievement for Ben Rhydding to have been one of the final ten teams in this highly competitive tournament.”
Fiona Bellamy, Associate at Dacres Commercial, said: “It’s important that successful businesses like ours are involved within the local community.”
