An architect is due to give an update to councillors tonight on a proposed development of more than 30 houses.
Addingham Parish Council is expected to hear more information from Allison & McRae architects about a proposed planning application for land at Wharfe Park.
Discussions are taking place over the plot, bordered by Wharfe Park, Bark Lane and The Acres, which is marked as a possible housing site in a recent Bradford Council Strategic Housing Land Allocation Assessment (SHLAA).
Don McRae, of Allison & McRae, said discussions were ongoing about the number of houses proposed, which was expected to be “in the 30s”.
Talks are also taking place over the provision of social housing on the site.
Addingham Parish Council previously gave feedback at an earlier stage of the proposals.
No planning application has yet been submitted to Bradford Council.
