A Sure Start family fun day takes place in Heckmond-wike on Saturday.
The free event, in Green Park, is supported by the Spen Valley Area Comm-ittee. It starts at 11am and will feature entertainment and activities for all the family, including the Stuart Stage School, West Yorkshire Premier Majorettes, Time-steps School of Dance, circus tricks by Crafty Devilz and donkey rides.
Other activities will include drumming, balloon sculpting, henna painting and face-painting, a bouncy castle, petting zoo, magician and sand and water play.
