Artistic youngsters turned old woollen jumpers into eight-foot-high wigwams in a family activity for the Saltaire Arts Trail.
Arts organisation Sponge Tree led teepee-building workshops using British bamboo and reclaimed textiles for children to build a den.
The children’s mini trail had set up camp on the lawn outside Victoria Hall and across the road in the grounds of Shipley College throughout the weekend. Young painters expressed their creativity in The Garden of Easels, and took part in fuzz and felt art workshops.
In the Open Houses event, now in its fifth year, a dozen of Saltaire’s historic homes opened their doors to the public to see artworks by more than 50 artists.
Victoria Hall also played host to the popular Makers’ Fair, which showed work by artists from across Yorkshire.
