Theft from motor vehicles continues to be the most frequent crime in Silsden and Steeton.
Statistics complied by the Craven Neighbourhood Policing Team said that last month nine such thefts occurred in the area – five in Silsden and four in Steeton.
There were also four house burglaries in Silsden.
There was one incident of criminal damage.
In Steeton and Eastburn, there was one house burglary, one other burglary and two violent crimes.
The Craven NPT priority for March is tackling speeding in Skipton Road. The second priority is tackling vehicles causing an obstruction on Thornhill Road.
Priorities for Silsden include reducing anti-social behaviour on Ryefield Way off Belton Road, between 6pm and 11pm.
