A 61-year-old man had cannabis worth more than £40,000 in his home when it was searched, a Court heard.
Police found the home of Benedict McDonnell, of Scott Lane, Riddlesden , Keighley , was being used as a cannabis farm, prosecutor Howard Shaw told Bradford Crown Court yesterday
He was given suspended sentence of 12 months, and made subject to a curfew for four months and ordering him to complete 150 hours of unpaid work.
He had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to production of cannabis, abstracting electricity and possession of the drug with intent to supply.
