Holmewood Resource Centre in Fell Lane, Keighley, is staging an open day on Tuesday.
Visitors will have the chance to meet people who use the service, talk to staff and look around the centre.
Holmewood caters for 32 adults with dementia, providing respite care.
The day centre, open five days a week, offers activities including exercise classes, communication through words and music, arts and crafts, bingo and games. There is a sensory garden and day trips are organised.
The open day, from 10am to 2pm, is aimed at anyone interested in working at the centre in roles ranging from care assistant to cook.
