Silent auction prizes including a weekend in a log cabin and a ride in a sports car will be on offer at an Addingham coffee morning in aid of two charities.
The coffee morning and silent auction will take place at St Peter’s Church, Addingham, on Saturday, March 19, raising money for Help for Heroes and Myasthenia Gravis Association.
The event will run from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
Top items on offer include a weekend in a Lake District log cabin, a ride in a Lotus Elise S2, and a round of golf for four at Addingham’s Bracken Ghyll Golf Club.
Organiser Anne Lofthouse said the Myasthenis Gravis Association is a cause close to her heart as her mother, Barbara, battled the rare auto immune disease Lambert Eaton Myasthenia Syndrome.
The condition is incurable and can only be controlled by tablets.
