A cannabis factory has been discovered by police in a Bradford house after residents reported an unusual smell.
Officers have now urged people who notice strange comings and goings in their street to contact them in case similar operations have been set up behind closed doors.
Police discovered the plants in Bryanstone Road, Laisterdyke, when they got a warrant to search the house.
A police spokesman said: “This is one fewer factory in the Bradford area.
“However, we would call on others to report any suspicious behaviour via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
- A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and possession with intent to supply class B drugs in connection with the raid. He was released on bail pending inquiries.
