Children’s author Cathy Cassidy has been giving youngsters at a Bradford school an insight into her life as a writer.
Cathy was at Laisterdyke Business and Enterprise College, which is one of Ilkley Literature Festival’s key partner schools.
Year Seven pupils, and youngsters from some of the college’s feeder primary schools, were at the talk and book-signing. Some dressed as characters from the books. Cathy writes fiction for young adults.
