An enforcement notice has been issued following complaints that the grounds of a house in Wyke, Bradford, is being used for the storage of vehicles in connection with a car sales business.
Bradford Council received complaints that the use of the land had changed, and officers found the garden and drive at 170 Common Road were “packed with cars nose to bumper”. A car sales website was linked to the site and separate business premises, with the home address of the business owner being used for storage.
The landowner applied for a certificate of lawfulness for the site, which was refused.
