Murder squad detectives were this morning continuing investigations into the death of a young dad in a mystery blaze at his home.

Detective Superintendent Paul Taylor, of West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, was leading the investigation into the dad-of-one’s death at his home in Rylstone Gardens, Undercliffe, yesterday.

Forensic teams wearing white protective suits and masks were at the scene last night, where a tent had been put up at the front of the terraced house.

The victim has been named by his uncle as 28-year-old take-away worker Amjad Hussain.

Two fire appliances from Bradford and one from Idle were called to the house shortly after 1pm yesterday and discovered the body.
