A Bradford primary school pupil has become the first winner of the UK league of the Maths in Motion challenge.

Children from Peel Park Primary School took part in a virtual maths competition.

Tests include racing cars against each other, calculating speeds, rations, percentages, time and distances.

Ranna Ahmed, ten, was the winner in the first ever all UK champion’s league challenge, while Ikrah Amjad, eleven, came second.

The contest is run nationally by Jaguar cars.
