British Bobsleigh world champion and Olympic competitor Nicola Minichiello visited pupils at Immanuel College in Bradford as part of a scheme to inspire young people.
It was held as part of the Be the Best you can Be! programme, which uses London 2012 to encourage young people to follow their dreams and reach their potential.
Over the next two terms, Year Seven pupils at the college will be encouraged to focus on their physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual well being.
