Planners order the removal of Denholme farm buildings
4:40am Friday 13th January 2012 in Denholme
Planners have ordered the removal of several buildings from Doe Park View Farm in Denholme.
Bradford Council said the static caravan, stable block, kennel and outbuilding had been sited without authorisation.
It has also ordered the removal of hardstanding, raised banking and retaining walls and given 12 months for the land to be restored.
Officers will monitor the situation at the farm on Ten Yards Lane, overlooking the reservoir. In the past two months the Council has received planning applications for a storage barn and fishing lake at the farm.
Planners are also issuing an enforcement notice against Croft Stables, Brown Lee Lane, Wilsden, for unauthorised change of use of agricultural land.
They have ordered that a caravan be removed from the land, because it could affect the green belt and increase traffic on Brown Lee Lane.
