Footballer John Terry and his England team-mates have surprised a football club with a £5,000 gift.
Bolton Woods Junior Football Club has become part of the Team England Footballers Charity Outreach Programme, designed to support junior football.
Club general manager Tony Miller, of Laburnum Road, Shipley, was sent a letter signed by the Team England Players Committee of John Terry, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Rio Ferdinand, Michael Owen, Paul Robinson and Owen Hargreaves.
It reads: “All the players are proud to have an association with your project.”
