More than 600 people watched as a schoolgirl switched on the Christmas lights at Birkenshaw, Bradford.
Eliza Duckworth, nine, was given the honour of flicking the switch as her prize for winning the Birkenshaw Village Association’s Christmas poster competition.
A raffle was held at the event at the Birkenshaw scout hut and eight prizes were left unclaimed.
The numbers were white 225, blue 481, 395, 267,171 and 79 and green 826 and 757.
