A van driver, who was involved in a road rage incident with a pedestrian, has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Glenn Lambert, 53, of Oaks Villas, Chapel Lane, Allerton, Bradford, admitted causing actual bodily harm to Robert McBride, who suffered minor injuries when he was hit by the white van in High Street, Keighley.
Prosecutor Chloe Fairley said the incident happened after the pair argued when Lambert’s van narrowly missed Mr McBride.
Lambert was given a nine-month prison sentence suspended for two years, ordered to do 200 hours’ unpaid work and pay £1,000 towards prosecution costs.
