CHURCH: Bingley United Reformed Church will hold their morning family service at 10.30am. Church member Frank Dickinson has just added to The Prince of Wales Park Memory Bank. Just after the war he was in a cycle speedway team from Wrose and raced in the Park with a certain Jack Tordoff. More memories to Allan Mirfield.
DANCE: Popular and modern sequence dancing is being held at Bingley Methodist Church in Mornington Road on Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 10pm. Call (01274) 541181.
JANUS: Bingley Janus Club meets at Eldwick Memorial Hall on Thursday at 10am and this week's speaker will be Beryl Jenkins on comic monologues.
COFFEE: The Armed Forces Support Group is holding a coffee morning at Bingley Arts Centre on Saturday, September 28, from 10.30am to 1.30pm. There will be book, cake stalls, tombola, , raffle, handmade goods and refreshments. Proceeds go towards providing moral-boosting parcels for the armed forces in Afghanistan.
