Man, 20, arrested over Bingley ram-raid
11:33am Wednesday 11th May 2011 in Gilstead By Tanya O'Rourke
Police have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with a ram-raid at a shop in Bingley in which a cash machine was stolen.
A silver 4x4 vehicle was used to smash through shutters and pull the machine from the wall of the Nisa Local store in Swan Avenue, Eldwick, causing about £30,000 of damage shortly before 1am on Sunday.
Detectives were today questioning the man, who lives in Bingley, about the incident.
