Terry Brown, chairman of Greenhill Action Group, has handed over more than 1,000 postcards and letters of objection from residents fighting a 475-home development in Sty Lane, Micklethwaite.
Thousands more have signed a petition in shops in the Bingley area and online.
Bingley Conservative Councillor David Heseltine collected the objection letters and postcards to hand over to planning chiefs at City Hall.
