A big babies picnic has met in Otley for the first time.
Moormums, an independent group run by mums and dads, staged the event in to help new parents voice concerns and meet other families.
In particular, the event was designed to encourage weaning, a feeding technique that encourages babies to eat their parents food rather then purees. About 30 people attended and Moormums is thinking of turning it into an annual event.
Organiser Jess Robinson said: “It was a great day. We were a little squashed as the weather meant we had to go into a little tea room. But it was a lot of fun.”
