Two people were taken to hospital after a lorry was involved in a collision with four cars in Brighouse today.
Drivers were faced with delays following the collision at about 3.10pm on Huddersfield Road between Wakefield Road and Clifton Road and Mill Lane.
Police were called to Mill Lane this afternoon following reports of a collision.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said it was believed the driver of the lorry had been taken ill at the wheel before the accident.
The spokesman said the driver, as well as a female driver in one of the cars involved in the collision, were taken to hospital for check-ups for minor injuries.
