A visitors’ farm in Esholt has welcomed these new piglets into the fold following their recent arrival.
Mum Jupiter Two, a rare breed Tamworth pig, recently gave birth to the litter, which has already proved to be a popular attraction at St Leonard’s Farm Park.
Farmer James Wainhouse said the litter includes four ginger piglets, some with little black spots, and a further five black piglets.
The piglets’ dad is Herbert, a Berkshire.
Mr Wainhouse said: “Some of them are a little bit noisier than others, but we try to get the piglets that aren’t too noisy out so people can hold them.
“But people will have to be quick because they do grow quickly and as they get bigger they get noisier.”
The farm is also currently waiting for a nanny goat who is close to having kids.
