Two pensioners taken to hospital after car overturns

An elderly man and woman have been taken to hospital after the car they were travelling in overturned.
Emergency services were called to Bradford Road, Cottingley at around 3.45pm after the vehicle was believed to have struck a lamppost.
The pair, both in their 70s, received treatment from paramedics before the man was taken by air ambulance to Leeds General Infirmary. The woman was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary by ambulance.
