PLANS to build a set of starter units at an industrial estate have been approved by Bradford Council.
The development, at the Castlefields Industrial Estate, Crossflatts, would see a building, split up into smaller units, built on empty land on the site.
Existing, semi derelict industrial sheds will be demolished to make way for the development.
There will be 17 parking spaces for the development.
The application was submitted by Pukka Pads (Yorkshire Envelopes), which is based on the estate, and says the area the units will be built is “under used.”
Planning officers said: “The development will be within a well-established industrial estate and the parking provided is sufficient for the type of use.”
Other businesses based on the site include Goose Eye Brewery and Turner Graphic Services.
