The incosiderate parking in Keighley
A DRIVER has been given a fixed penalty notice for this piece of atrocious parking.
Police in Keighley issued the notice to the driver of the VW Golf GTI, which was parked on Bradford Street, Keighley at a 45 degree angle to the curb and blocking half of the road.
Police Tweeted a picture of the vehicle, adding: "Believe it or not it was parked."
The fixed penalty notice was given for "causing an unnecessary obstruction" on the road, just a few yards from Keighley Central Mosque.
