PLANS to build a new detached house in Bingley have been refused by Bradford Council.
The two-storey, four-bedroom building, with a side garage, would have been situated in 123 Gilstead Lane.
Peter Timbrell, planning officer, said in his report: “The proposal represents overdevelopment that would fail to provide adequate parking space, and would likely result in loss of privacy in neighbouring land.”
