Pensioner denies historic sex offences
A 76-YEAR-old man appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday to deny historic sex offences dating back to 1986.
Roger Benson, of Victoria Mills, Salts Mill Road, Shipley, pleaded not guilty to five indecent assaults on a girl who was aged 14 at the time.
The offences are alleged to have happened between September 1 and September 30, 1986. He will stand trial on October 19 this year, the court heard.
