BRITISH Transport Police has released this CCTV image of a woman they want to trace after a passenger was abused and assaulted on a train travelling between Leeds and Keighley.
The incident happened at about 7.30pm on board the 7.26pm Leeds to Skipton service on Thursday, June 18.
PC Sarah Swarbrick said: “The victim, a 51-year-old woman from Keighley, boarded the service which was extremely busy, and asked a female who was sat with her feet on one of the seats to move them so she could sit down.
“The female removed her feet but then began to verbally abuse the victim, who feeling uncomfortable, got up to move away. As she did so the female kicked her causing her to fall over into the train seats.
“This was completely unacceptable behaviour."
