Woman, 84, 'stable' after car crash
AN 84-YEAR-OLD woman remained in hospital yesterday in a serious but stable condition after a road traffic collision in Bingley on Wednesday night.
The woman was the front seat passenger in a Toyota Rav 4 which collided with a Vauxhall Corsa in Cottingley Moor Road at the junction with Lee Lane at about 6pm.
The woman was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with breathing difficulties.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or the circumstances leading up to it is urged to call PC 665 Simon Ellis at Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support on 101.
