Plans have been approved for a shop in Nab Wood, Shipley.

Parvez Singh’s scheme to build an extension to Nab Wood Mini Market in Nab Wood Drive has been approved.

Mr Singh’s application says there is an “end user” lined up for the new shop, which would replace a garage next to the existing business.

A planning officer’s report says: “The proposed shop will serve the local community, reducing the need to travel.”
