Manningham: amendments to approved scheme 13/04679/MAF incorporating substitution of house types on six plots, plots numbers 31/32, 33/34 and 62/63, land at Green Lane. Manningham: change of use from offices to residential, Commercial House, 140-148 Manningham Lane.
Menston: construction of single storey rear extension, 31 Oakridge Avenue. Menston: non material amendment to planning permission 10/03370/FUL dated 24.2.11: demolition of existing dwelling and coach house/garage and construction of three detached houses, utilising existing access, former site of Reevadale, Clarence Drive.
Riddlesden: replace seven upvc windows to south side of house with hardwood units and replace broken roof glass at north side of house with small velux window, 2 Moorside Farm, Ilkley Road.
Saltaire: retention of garden shed (retrospective) (resubmission of 14/03965/HOU), 55 Victoria Road.
Shipley: first floor extension, 71 Crag Road. Shipley: new shop frontage, 5 Kirkgate. Shipley: single storey rear extension and hip to gable loft conversion, 8 Trenance Drive.
