A 38-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life following a house fire.
Police and the fire service were called to the property in Highfield Lane, Silsden, at about 6.40pm on Sunday.
The woman - the occupant of the house - was arrested and taken by police to Airedale Hospital, where she was detained.
She has been granted police bail while investigations into the fire continue.
No one was injured.
