PLANS are underway for the sixth Rawdon Village Show.
The event will take place from 2pm to 5.30pm on Saturday, June 30, at Micklefield Park, New Road Side.
It will feature competitions for adults and children which will include baking, flower arranging, craftwork and photography. Entry forms can be obtained from Rawdon Community Library.
There will also be children's games and traditional races as well as a beer tent, library cafe, raffle and tombola. Entertainment will be provided by Guiseley Brass Band, and the Peace Dance Academy.
The Show will be officially opened by the Lord and Lady Mayoress of Leeds,
Graham and Pat Latty.
