PEOPLE across Bradford are being urged to tell the NHS what they think about the services they receive from their GP practice.

The Bradford clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), NHS Bradford City and NHS Bradford Districts, are asking patients to take part in the national GP patient survey which asks them about the quality of care they receive from their GP surgeries and health centres.

The survey is part of NHS England’s commitment to make the NHS more responsive to patients’ needs. It has been designed to give patients the opportunity to comment on their experience of their GP practice – so their practice can improve things that patients have highlighted.

A random selection of patients has been sent a questionnaire and a Freepost envelope to post it back by the closing date of March 27, 2015.
