BEDROOM tax reeks of double standards.
These MPs will still have a multiple amount of bedrooms in their first and second houses while the homeless poor will be filling the street. Why must the poor continue to pay for the fat bankers’ free- and-easy acts? The Labour government mismanaged the economy and let the bank rule un-regulated. What really gets me is the promise Labour made during the last few elections to protect Wales from Tory cuts. All that’s coming from Huw Lewis, AM, and the Welsh Government is a series of well-written statements. Words don’t feed the poor or keep a roof over their heads. I have a crazy idea: when Labour found £52 million to buy Cardiff Wales Airport, why not use that money to get people into jobs?
