TWO fierce opponents will face each other at a hustings event for Shipley, it has been confirmed.
Conservative Philip Davies and Women’s Equality Party leader Sophie Walker have both confirmed their attendance at the hustings, being held by Shipley Christians Together on June 1.
All candidates have been invited to the event, which will be chaired by one of the local clergy.
The event will start at 7.30pm and admission will be by free ticket, obtainable from any member church in the Shipley Christians Together group.
