Jane Ann Bateman, aged 25, of Clervaux Court, Clayton; two counts of driving while disqualified, jailed for four weeks suspended for 12 months, £345 costs, banned from driving for 12 months; vehicle unsuitable as to cause danger or nuisance to person in or on it or on a road, two counts of driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Robert Horvath, aged 21, of Parkway, West Bowling; theft, committing offence during period of a suspended sentence order, theft, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for 14 days suspended for 12 months, £130 fine, £169 costs.

Satchin Mehan, aged 34, of Beamsley Road, Shipley; assault, restraining order made £180 fine, £420 costs.

Ronnie Junior Brockhill, aged 33, of Leeds Road, Thornbury; theft, committing offence during period of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offence of two counts of theft, jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months, £80 costs; obstructing a police officer, no separate penalty.

Joseph Robert Rowley; theft, community order made with curfew, £250 compensation.

Edward Simpson, aged 33, of Spindle Close, Laisterdyke; theft, original offences of theft dealt with, suspended sentence of imprisonment imposed, jailed for 18 weeks, £80 costs; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offences; application to revoke a community order without re-sentencing, order revoked.

Clay John Taylor, aged 21, of Greenwood Mount, Bolton; drink-driving, £260 fine, £110 costs, banned from driving for 40 months; failure to stop after an accident, £260 fine, £750 compensation.

Christopher Peter Baxter, aged 32, of Ellenthorpe Road, Baildon; drink-driving, £380 fine, £123 costs, banned from driving for 12 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty; failure to surrender, £50 fine.
