A MAN has appeared in court charged with murder after a man was found with fatal injuries at a house in Bradford.

Dawid Zbigniew Kutek appeared before magistrates shortly after 11.25am charged with the murder of Tadeusz Pac.

He spoke only to confirm his name, address, nationality and date of birth in a hearing which lasted less than five minutes at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court.

Appearing in the dock flanked by two female security guards, Kutek, 33, of Flat 4, 61 Ashgrove, Great Horton, was dressed in a grey sweatshirt and grey tracksuit bottoms for the hearing.

A Polish interpreter was present at the hearing to translate messages from magistrates to Kutek.

He was told there could be no application for bail and would be remanded in custody.

Neil Walker, chairman of the bench, said: “You will be remanded in custody to Bradford Crown Court to appear at 9.30am on Friday, November 17.”

Linda Fowler, for the prosecution, accepted the decision, and Tariq Hussain, representing the defendant, said Kutek understood the decision.

Kutek is due to appear at Bradford Crown Court on Friday charged with the murder of Tadeusz Pac.
