A 26-YEAR-OLD Keighley man has made his first court appearance to face a charge of rape.
Adam Baird, of North Dean Road, appeared in the dock before Bradford and Keighley magistrates.
He has been charged with the rape of a woman at Postman's Walk in Keighley.
Police were called to the footpath, which links Oakworth Road and West Lane, at 11.48pm on Friday, October 13.
Baird faces trial at Bradford Crown Court. He was remanded in custody to make his first appearance at that court on November 16.
