THE jury in the trial of a man accused of repeatedly raping a girl aged 17 has been discharged after being unable to reach verdicts.
Imran Khaliq, 38, of Silverhill Drive, Bradford Moor, Bradford, will be retried for the alleged offences in February next year.
Khaliq denies two allegations of rape on January 27 this year.
Members of the jury at Bradford Crown Court told Judge Colin Burn today they had not been able to reach verdicts of at least 10-2 after deliberating for more than five hours.
