Scooter recovered in Swain House
A STOLEN moped was today recovered by police after a tip-off from a member of the public in Swain House, Bradford.
The black scooter was seized after a plain-clothed officer saw it being ridden in an alley off Radcliffe Avenue.
The rider and passenger ran off but they were arrested a few streets away and detained for questioning.
