A MAN who admitted having fraudulent foreign identity cards in Bradford will be sentenced next week.
Florin Chivu, 36, of Upper Woodview Place, Beeston, Leeds, pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing identity documents with improper intention - a Spanish identity card on February 14 last year, and a French identity card on April 14 last year - when he appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
Chivu's barrister, Soheil Khan, asked for a pre-sentence report as his client had no previous convictions, was in employment as a waiter and had a wife and young child.
Judge Jonathan Rose adjourned the case until Tuesday and granted bail to the defendant.
