A MAN accused of going to a relative's home and assaulting two family members has had his case transferred to Bradford Crown Court.
Raj Khan, 46, of Tyersal Lane, Tyersal, is alleged to have assaulted Mohammed Bilal Khan and Farida Khan by beating.
He also faces a further charge of affray, with the incidents alleged to have taken place on October 11 at an address in Otley Road, Bradford.
He pleaded not guilty to all three charges at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Khan was granted bail ahead of a hearing at Bradford Crown Court on Wednesday, December 9.
