Former Salts Grammar School pupils and teachers are to hold a reunion to raise money for the Burns Unit Appeal.
Janice Mathers, nee Berry, has organised the event for people who left the school’s fifth form between the years 1978 and 1982 inclusive.
The reunion will be held at Baildon Woodbottom Club in Baildon Bridge from 7.15pm on Friday, May 7.
A minimum entry donation of £2 will be required with all proceeds going to the appeal, which aims to raise £100,000 to save the pioneering research unit at Bradford University from possible closure.
The unit was set up in the aftermath of the 1985 Valley Parade fire, which cost 56 lives and injured more than 190.
For more information on the reunion call Mrs Mathers on 07812453346.
